SHIPPING
processing time

- our current TAT is 10-14 business days unless stated otherwise.
- when made to order items are placed with engraved products, the TAT becomes 21-24 business days
- orders will automatically ship out via USPS first class unless another option is selected at check out 
- please message us on our FB or email us at lonefoxnco@gmail.com if you are needing an order rushed (additional charges will apply) 

INCORRECT ADDRESS + RETURNED MAIL 
please make sure your address is correct on all orders place 
- if you are needing to change your address please email us at lonefoxnco@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing your order 
- if your package is returned due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for covering shipping costs to reship 
- orders that are lost due to an incorrect address will not be refunded or replaced
LONE FOX & CO.  is not responsible for lost/damaged/stolen packages.


LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

- Route Shipping Insurance: With lost packages and shipping delays at an all time high, we are so fortunate to have Route available on packages for added protection.  Route is an affordable shipping insurance that is automatically added to each order so that your package is covered in the event of loss or damage.  If you choose to opt out of Route Shipping Insurance, LONE FOX & CO.  is not responsible for lost/damaged/stolen packages.
  • If you have a missing package, or one that is damaged in shipping and you have coverage through Route, a claim can be filed here https://claims.route.com/ using your order number, and the email address that was used to place your order. For damaged items, you will need to be prepared to submit a photo of the damaged packaging, as well as a photo of the damaged product(s.

 RETUNS + EXCHANGES
- Since most of our items are handmade, please note that Lone Fox & Co. does not accept returns or exchanges. 
- If an item is damaged or there is a quality control issue, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery at lonefoxnco@gmail.com
